These houses/riads selected are all near the Riad Karmela (between 5 and 500 meters) .. It is easy to enjoy the services of Riad Karmela as restaurant, hammam, massage, reservations for tours etc ...
Our Past: Joel and Philippe are hospitality professionals who have plied their trade in Europe for over 20 years. They opened Riad Karmela in October 2006 and have since taken different management institutions in the area of Riad Karmela.
Our reservation system
For the organization of your stay, all your applications are processed within 2 to 3 hours in the day, 7 days on 7. This gives you quick information with a varied selection depending on availability. A new website with online calendar gives you an idea of availabilities but of course this schedule is changing constantly. It is also possible for us to change this schedule so please make a reservation request even if the room you want does not seem available ...

Quality selected Riads and Villas
The riads are all different and have an atmosphere that varies with their size and structure.
They all have a sense of authenticity with the use of traditional materials typical construction as zelliges tadelakt, the carved cedar wood, stucco, painted wood, adobe walls plus adaptation contemporary standards of comfort and especially the quality of service delivery in the spirit of traditional hospitality.
"Moroccan riads" offer a selection ranging from the small Moroccan house of 4 rooms that you can share in a small group of friends or family (housekeeper service and breakfast only) at riads larger as Riad El Nour also offering room service with breakfast.
Riad Karmela is the Main House with 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 junior suites and 2 apartments which can each accommodate 5 people. During the month of July 2009, we extended and integrated two new riads into Karmela. One remains independant with 6 bedrooms and Suites with a direct access to Karmela into the main patio. The second one is fully integrated and now part of the Karmela with an open lounge between the two patios.
A second massage room and a second steam room will also be created.
ACCESS TO THE RIAD IS DIFFICULT!! It is HIGHLY RECOMENDED to pre order a taxi prior to arrival !! Also Google Maps are NOT correct so look at the map on the page "reservation"; Arriving by yourself with your own taxi can be a challenging and costly experience as they will leave you far from the riad and then you will have to pay local people to take you to te riad !! iF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR PLEASE ASK FOR THE MAP BEFORE §§
Dinners of Riad El Nour and Karmela are served either in the main patio during the winter or on the terraces in the month of May of the riad karmela.
